Belvoir organic hand-made lemonade
Lightly sparkling and made to a home-made recipe from real lemons including cooking the rinds to extract the natural lemon oil. Zesty, lemony and light - a perfect healthy summer refresher.

Belvoir organic ginger beer
Made with fresh ginger to give a real `ginger bite’. Fresh lemon is also added so it is refreshing and perfect as a mixer.

Eccé Bio Catarratto Sicilia, Italy 2006/07 13% ABV
Citrus and tropical fruit flavours with floral notes from carefully cultivated organically grown grapes.

Bonterra organic Chardonnay-Sauvignon, California USA 2005/06 13.5% ABV
A fresh, crisp fruit-driven white, an interesting blend of the popular Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. All the grapes come from organically farmed vineyards.

Eccé Bio Nero d’Avola-Cabernet Sauvignion Sicilia, Italy 2005/06 13% ABV
The Sicilian Nero d’Avola grape contributes a blackcurrant and plum richness that partners Cabernet’s fruit well. Grapes are organically grown.

Bonterra organic Shiraz-Carignane, California USA 2004/05 14% ABV
Smooth, full-bodied red with rich berry fruit flavours which mingle well with the light touch of oak on the palate.

Kendermans organic white, Germany
Mouth wateringly fresh, medium style with apple and pear flavours.

Monastrell Valcorso organic red, Yecla Spain
Chunky and rich with a lovely softness and sweet tannins. Big but approachable. Drink with all red meats, spicy dishes and cheese.

Delicious and refreshing cider

Dunkertons premium organic sparkling cider 6.8% ABV
Dunkertons are not only makers of excellent cider but are also fighting for the survival of a whole range of unusual cider apples. This best selling cider is a medium sweet and delightfully fruity blend of Brown Snout, Foxwelp, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Collington Big Biters.

Drinks for Drivers

CragRats Cafe Bar will give complimentary draft coke, draft lemonade, tea and coffee to the designated driver of groups of four or more.

Black Sheep Ale

We always pay close attention to our customers’ feedback. Lots of people said how nice it would be to have real ale on tap. As a result we have recently introduced premium cask ale – the full flavoured Black Sheep. It is brewed with choice Golding hops giving a bitter-sweet malty taste.
